My healing journey has been an interesting one. Growing up I wasn’t encouraged to seek out hypnotherapy. I thought it was a fluke. But I’ve experienced some amazing breakthroughs and some of the most incredible experiences through therapy with Lola. Not only was she very upfront and real about the process, her calm demeanor, soothing voice, and expertise in care made the whole experience easier for me. I’ve had several sessions where I’ve uncovered things that were buried very deeply. I’ve been able to give voice to things that I never was able to touch on. Not to mention all the helpful and useful tips for coping with the changes that occur in life. Her gentle demeanor yet firm execution is extremely effective.
